Are you interested in participating in eastern bluebird research?

If you are part of the Payne County community, own a nestbox, and are interested in eastern bluebirds, then you can collaborate with graduate students at Oklahoma State University (such as myself) and help collect data on bluebird biology and behavior.  Data collected by citizen science volunteers is vital to our research, and volunteers can gain experience in research techniques and avian biology.

More information coming soon!  The breeding season will begin in mid-March.  If you have bluebirds building a nest in your nestbox let us know and become part of a wonderful research group!
